what to expect at a defy class

Every session at DEFY is structured, coached, and designed to meet you where you are — whether it's your first workout or your thousandth.

01 / Guided Warm-Up & Movement Prep

Every class begins with a coach-led warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead.
We’ll walk you through the movements, demonstrate proper technique, and help you feel confident before the workout even begins.

This is where you learn the movements and ask questions.

02 / Workout Scaled to Your Ability

Once the workout starts, your coach will help adjust weights, reps, or movements so the workout fits your current fitness level.

Everyone in the room may be doing the same workout, but it’s customized so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side.

No guessing. No getting left behind.

03 / Coaching, Community & Accountability

During the workout, coaches are there to encourage you, correct movement, and push you when you need it most.

And you won’t be doing it alone.
You’ll be surrounded by a room full of people working hard, supporting each other, and celebrating progress together.

Your First Workout Starts Here.

  • Not at all. Every workout at DEFY is scalable, meaning we adjust movements, weights, and intensity so it matches your current fitness level. Many of our members started with little to no training experience

  • That’s completely normal. All new members begin with a Free Intro session where a coach will walk you through how classes work and help you choose the best starting point.

  • Most classes are 60 minutes and include a warm-up, skill or strength work, the workout, and a short cool-down.

  • Just comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. Everything else you need is already here.

  • Training Schedule Near Canyon Lake, Menifee, and Murrieta

    DEFY Fitness provides coach-led functional fitness classes for athletes and everyday people living in Canyon Lake, Menifee, Murrieta, and the Audie Murphy community. Our daily schedule includes strength training, conditioning workouts, and recovery sessions designed for beginners and experienced athletes alike. With classes running throughout the day, it’s easy to find a time that fits your schedule and start building real strength and fitness.
